I've been living in one of these units for quite some time now and I quite literally have NO complaints. The landlord and maintenance crew are all very kind and quick to answer questions or fix any issues. The apartments themselves all vary slightly in layout making your apartment unique, as well as all of the utilities inside are fairly up to date. Also some of the lower rent I've seen in town for the quality it is. Would definitely recommend.
